Training Services
P & B Training provides a variety of training experiences across the country. The full list of training courses is detailed in the "Training" section of this website.

Training sessions are for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 30 participants.
Training is either at the Head Office of the care home company, or at a Care Home or at a suitable convenient venue.
Consultancy Services
P and B Training also offer short term consultancy services for assessment and planning of existing provision with a view to redeveloping and reconfiguring care home systems.
This trouble-shooting arm of P and B is usually undertaken following requests by CQC to Care Home Companies for significant service realignment.
